About the project
Since the beginning of 2017 I have been in charge of the social media channels of ABS Airbag. Mainly I take care of Facebook and Instagram and the related tasks are:
This includes the editorial maintenance and support of the channels, combined with the creation and publication of articles and content. So I used my creativity, content creation, and writing skills to develop individual editorial plans.
This part includes running ads on social media channels. For this purpose, I have developed and created advertising concepts, and finally implemented and published them. Subsequently, performance-driven optimizations were conducted and a corresponding reporting delivered.
Is what happens after and beyond your social media publishing. It’s part customer service, part listening to the internet, and part being active in discussions that relate to your brand.
So I was proactive in answering questions through messages or comments and improved the customer support. Therewith the general goal was a reaction time less than 24 hours.
